How To Take Phentermine and Phentermine Dosage and Administration
Phentermine is taken on an empty stomach, once daily, 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast. The tablet may not be chewed or crushed, but may be broken in half. The FDA(Food and Drug Administration) advises that you should have a Body Mass Index (BMI(Body Mass Index)) of at least 30 or more in order to take prescription weight loss medications.
